Consisting of Alison "VV" Mosshart (The Kills), Dean Fertita (Queens of the stone age) Jack Lawrence (the Greenhorns, The Raconteurs) and Jack White ( The White Stripes, The Raconteurs). The Dead Weathers long awaited debut album was recorded in three weeks in Whites Third Man Studio. Word of the album sparked Particular interest with Jack White fans after hearing that White who is know for his guitar skills will be playing drums. Aswell as having the blues rock sound that White has been known for, Mosshart's vocals add an almost "Karen O" Fever to Tell layer to the album.
